General Overview
We use 'Miruni' a system to help you request website edits from our team. It's easy to use! You can add a browser extension (for Google Chrome only) that lets you open your website, click on the things you want to change, and send them directly to us. You can also check the status of your edits in Miruni.
Before you start, it's essential to follow the steps below to create your Miruni account. Please Note: Before creating your account, you need an invite from our team so your edits go through our system. Make sure to follow the instructions below.

The link in this email expires in 24 hours, so if you did not click the link or misplaced this invite email, contact our support team to receive a new invite, or you can fill out this form to request access for you or additional team members.

Step 1: π¨ Open the email invitation from Miruni π¨
To ensure you have access to the PushPress Workspace and your site project, we need to link your email to your Miruni Site Project. Please fill out this form to request access to your Miruni account!
Once we receive your email address, we will work to send you an email invitation from PushPress π¨
This will ensure you're in the PushPress Workspace!
Step 2: Download the extension

Chrome is necessary for editing your site. Chrome is the preferred browser for all PushPress software.
Pin the Extension to Your Browser
1. After installation, locate the extension icon in your browser toolbar.
2. Right-click on the icon.
3. Select the option to "Pin" the extension for easy access.
Step 3: π½ Start requesting edits with the Miruni extensionπ½
βIn your browser, launch your website URL
If the website is still in production, use the preview link provided to you.
If the website is published, you can directly visit your live site.
Access the Chrome Extension
Click on the extension icon in your browser toolbar.
Open the Widget on Your Website
Click on the Editor widget to open it on your website.
Inside the widget, go to the right-hand menu.
Find your business name in the widget dropdown menu.
Add a Story
From the right-hand menu, click on the "Add Story" option.
Login (if required)
If prompted, log in to your account.
Choose Your Option
Depending on your requirements, choose one of the following options:
Capture a Region: Choose a significant area on your website that requires a change.
Add a Video: Record a short video explaining your request (less than 5 minutes per request).
Add a Comment: Place a pin directly on the area of your website where you'd like the change to be made.
Leave detailed information/comments
Before finalizing your request, include any pertinent details in the designated comment section. These details will assist the edits team in comprehending and executing your request accurately.

An email confirming the submission of your edits will be sent to your inbox the following day. Additionally, you can track the progress of your edits and view their status in your Miruni Editor Dashboard at https://app.miruni.io/login

Timeline
After you've submitted your edits using the Miruni Chrome extension, our team will receive them. Here's what you can expect for general turn around times:
XS/S edits (less than 5 edits): 1-3 business days
Medium edits (5-15 edits): 3-5 business days
Large edits (15-30 edits): 5-7 business days
XLarge edits (30+ edits): 7-10+ business days
Please note that these timelines do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. While we aim to stick to the timelines above, they are general estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Content Library
Located directly within Grow is the content library that will allow you to request workflows, task lists and website request for certain pages such as a coach bio-request. If for some reason the content library is not showing in your account please notify us at support@pushpress.com so we can fix that for you!
