The PushPress Website Editor is a powerful tool for tracking client feedback and managing tasks seamlessly. This guide will walk you through how to request website edits from our team at PushPress, track the progress, and communicate directly with the team responsible for those edits.
First-Time User Setup
When clients click the PushPress Website Editor widget, they are immediately prompted to submit an edit request. If it’s their first time, they will need to create an account, but if they enter an existing email, they will be prompted to sign in instead. The PushPress Website Editor supports Google Single Sign-On (SSO), so if clients registered with a Gmail account, they can log in using Google the next time they submit edits. Additionally, PushPress Website Editor Share Links never expire, allowing clients to reuse the same link for future edit requests. To ensure quick and easy access, encourage clients to bookmark the link.
Submitting a Task via the Website Widget
Clients can submit tasks directly from a PushPress Website Editor widget located at the bottom of their website. They can describe the issue, take a screenshot, and submit it without needing to navigate away from their site.
Seamless Login & Recognition
Once a client has logged in, the system will automatically recognize them whenever they access the system.
Tracking Tasks
Clients can track their submitted tasks by clicking the PushPress symbol, which takes them to their project. Here, they can see the status of their requests, ensuring transparency and clear communication.

Clients can easily follow the progress of their requests, ensuring they receive updates and responses in a timely manner. This visibility enhances the client experience and reduces miscommunication.
