The PushPress Website Editor, powered by BugHerd, makes it easy to request website updates and track progress—all in one place. This guide explains how to submit edits, track requests, and communicate with our team efficiently.
BugHerd is one of three primary tools available for website edits in PushPress, alongside Grow and Webflow.
Overview of Tools for Website Edits
There are three main tools for managing website edits in PushPress:
BugHerd: For submitting edit requests requiring team involvement.
Grow: For requesting minor changes via the Grow platform.
Webflow: For admins with access to make direct edits and advanced changes.
Setup your Account
You'll receive a unique BugHerd link from the PushPress team. This secure link will contain "bugherd" in the URL and is safe to use.
It is specifically used for submitting edit requests that require team implementation, making it an essential tool for structural or significant content changes.
Google Sign-In: If you registered with a Gmail account, you can log in using Google.
Permanent Access: Your BugHerd link never expires—bookmark it for quick future access.
Accessing The PushPress Editor (Powered by BugHerd)
You can access the PushPress Editor anytime through your Grow Dashboard. Simply:
Log in to your Grow account.
Click Website in the side menu.
Click the Access The Editor button
This will prompt you to your website with the BugHerd feature.
5. Click the PushPress Website Editor widget in the bottom right corner of your website to submit an edit request.
First-time users: You’ll need to create an account.
Returning users: Enter your email to sign in automatically.
Submitting an Edit Request
Examples of tasks appropriate for BugHerd include changing pricing information, updating instructor bios, or adding custom content.
In the lower right-hand corner, click the PushPress Website Editor widget.
Click the plus sign symbol +. On your website, click wherever you’d like to submit a change.
In the comment section, describe the issue or requested change with as much detail as possible.
If requesting an image change, make sure to add your image as an attachment and ensure the formatting is correct (landscape/portrait).
Click the “create task” button and submit your request—that’s it!
To see a complete list of your requests, click the tasks area of the sidebar.

Click the PushPress symbol to access your project dashboard.
View the status of your submitted requests in real-time.
See updates and responses from our team.
Seamless Login & Recognition
Once logged in, the system will recognize you automatically when you return, eliminating the need to log in each time.
Stay Updated & Communicate Easily
You’ll receive updates as we progress on your requests.
Our team may ask clarifying questions to ensure accuracy.
All communications remain within BugHerd for easy reference.
