This article walks your members through how to log their assigned daily habits in the member app

Using Train's Habit Tracking feature to log your daily habits is a great way to build consistency. Here's a step-by-step guide on how your daily habits, using the PushPress Member App:

1. Log into PushPress Member App:

Ensure you have the PushPress Member App installed on your device. Open the app and log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the "Schedule":

Once you're logged in, you'll be directed to the app's home screen. Look for the "Schedule" tab, located in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.

3. Click on "Workouts"

This is where you will see any programmed workout for the day. .

4. Click the Dropdown Menu and Choose Your Habit/Program:

This will reveal all of the programs and habits that are assigned to you. Select the habit you'd like to track.

7. Select Add Score:

After selecting the habit, look for a "log result" button. Enter your score, add your notes and hit save.

Logging your habits is an excellent way to track your progress and celebrate your achievements. It also provides valuable data for your fitness journey, allowing you to identify areas of improvement and set new goals.
