1. Log into Train by PushPress App
2. Click the date
3. Filter the date to the date workout was previously programmed
4. Select Confirm
5. Click on Workout History
6. View Logged Results
This help document is highly valuable for situations in programming where the current workout is built upon previous sessions. You can easily refer back to your previous workouts and track the progress of your performance over time as long as you are aware of the dates.
Example 1: Strength Program
Week 1 - Logged on July 17th - 5 sets of variable reps (10, 8, 5, 5, 5)
Week 2 - Logged on July 24th - 5 sets of variable reps (10, 8, 5, 5, 5)
This historical reference empowers you to assess your strength gains and ensure your are progressively overloading properly without having to memorize previous lifting sessions. In order to simplify this for the app user, the programmer can make notes for the previous time this specific complex, lifting session, or movement was performed.
