This article will teach you how update benchmark lifts and workouts from the Member App or from a Web Browser

Updating the Benchmarks after you import your workout data is currently a manual process but allows you the ability to update the most up-to-date metrics.

You've imported your workout history/data from your previous tracking software; now let's update your benchmarks. If you haven't performed the input yet, make sure to do so with this Help Article:
