Set times where your coaches can take appointments

This step should be the FIRST step when setting up Appointments. Staff availability is needed to add to plan types and staff calendar.

Steps by Step Directions

From the Control Panel head to People > Staff Members

Click the 3 dot stack next to coach and edit coach info.

On the right hand side of the screen choose working hours.

Two options

  • No working hours set - edit to add working hours.


  • Edit Working Hours already set.

Choose each day and hours available. Set the window of time from first available to end of day hours.


Block times within personal google calendar.

Coaches that are google connected will have personal BUSY times added to coach calendar in CORE, therefore block any appointments being made at that time.

*The ability to add multiple windows of time during one day is coming.

Choose hours, minutes and am/pm options using drop downs.

Repeat for each day to establish COACH hours of availability.
