Add windows of availability for your booking appointments with staff

Prior to setting up appointment types and packages, you'll want to ensure that every coach/staff member who will be servicing appointments has their working hours configured in their staff profile. NOTE: Connecting a Google calendar is no longer required however is still recommended to block out times of unavailability due to other obligations.

Steps:

  • Log into the Core dashboard and select "People", then select "Staff members". Select the three dots next to the staff member then select "Edit coach info".

  • In the coach's profile, select "Working hours" from the right menu:

  • Select "Working hours" under the Edit Availability section to bring up the Working Hours menu:

  • Use the "+" button to begin adding your working hours. You can add as many blocks each day as you need to by selecting the "+" button again for each additional block. Save the new working hours:

  • Your availability is shown in white while blocked time reflects as greyed out:
