Landing Page Set Up

  • Enable Online Sales: When this feature is enabled, you can also select to sell the plan on the Members App, Staff App (Kiosk Mode), or list it on your Website Plan List.

  • Configure a Confirmation Message: Set up a Confirmation Message that provides any additional information or guidance to new members or clients after theyā€™ve made a purchase. This helps manage expectations and gives them clarity on the next steps.

    • Example: Great news! Your All In Class and Personal Training Package is set up and you have instant access! What's next?

      • Be on the lookout for a couple of emails from PresslyFit.

      • Please take a few moments and download the Members App by PushPress and complete your profile with your personal information and emergency contact.

      • Make sure to reserve your classes to ensure you get a spot in your favorite class.

      • Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

  • Allow Class Booking: You can choose whether to prompt clients to book a class after purchasing the plan.

Pro-tip: Leave this enabled for plans like Free Trial Classes so clients are prompted to reserve a spot immediately after purchase.

Note: De-selecting this option doesnā€™t prevent members from booking classes later; it just removes the immediate prompt after purchase.

  • Short Description: Add a Short Description to highlight the key features and benefits of the plan. This description is supposed to be concise and appealing. Think high-level overview of the plan's offerings

  • Long Description: Include a Long Description for detailed information about the plan. This is useful for explaining everything members need to know, like benefits, features, or any specific terms they should be aware of.

    • Example:

      • Minimum 3 month commitment

      • 30-day notice of cancellation

      • Access to class reservations, appointments, preorders, & workouts through the Members App by PushPress

By following these steps, you can ensure your plans are set up effectively for online sales and provide a smooth customer experience from purchase to class booking.

Online Sales

Finding the plan landing page:

To view the landing page of a specific plan from your Core dashboard, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Plan List Page: From your Core dashboard, go to the Plan List.

  • Select the Three Dots Next to a Plan: Find the plan you want to view and click the three dots located next to it.

  • Choose "View Plan Info": From the dropdown menu, select "View Plan Info".

  • Click "View Page": In the right-side information panel, select the View Page button.

  • Open the Landing Page: Finally, click the blue "View Landing Page" button to open the landing page associated with that plan.

  • Landing Page URL: This URL is unique to each plan.

    • Copy this URL to post to websites, social media pages, and/or directly send to potential clients/members.

What does the sign up flow look like from the client's perspective?

Hereā€™s an example of how a call to action (CTA) leading to a landing page can work, especially for a free trial on a website, and what happens next:

Example: Free Trial

  • CTA Button/Link: On your website, you might have a button or link that says "Start Your Free Trial" or "Try a Class for Free".

  • Landing Page: Clicking the CTA will direct users to a landing page that asks for their email address.

What Happens Next?

  • Email Entry:

    • Existing Client: If the email entered is already associated with a PushPress facility, the user will be prompted to either log in or reset their password.

    • New Client: If the email is not recognized, the user will be prompted to complete the sign-up process by filling out additional information (name, address, etc.). NOTE: If the new client is a parent signing up their child, make sure they sign themselves up as the new client then select "Someone Else" in the next step to enter the child's information.

  • Who Is This For?:

    • For Me: If the client is purchasing the plan for themselves, they select "For Me."

    • For Someone Else: If signing up someone else (child, partner, friend), they select "Someone Else," and then enter the additional person's information.

  • Payment:

    • Paid Plans: If the plan requires payment, the client will be prompted to enter their payment information.

    • Free Plans: For free plans (e.g., free trials), the client skips this step and is directed to sign any required digital documentation like waivers or membership agreements.

  • Digital Documents: Required signatures for digital documents are collected.

  • Class Booking:

    • If the plan includes class booking, the client will be prompted to choose a class to reserve immediately.

    • If class booking is not required, this step is skipped automatically.

  • Download the Member App: After completing the sign-up process, the client is directed to download the PushPress Member App (Branded App if your gym is a branded app client) to manage their account and bookings.

    • NOTE: The client can choose to sign up someone else which will take them back to add the personal information for any additional sign ups.

Plan Pre-Sales (Pre-Sale for a future start date) & Plan Discounts

Applying Pre-Sales or Future Start Dates on Landing Pages:

  • View Plan Info: From the dropdown menu, select ā€œView Plan Info.ā€

  • View Page: In the right-side information panel, click the ā€œView Pageā€ button.

  • Open the Landing Page: Then, click the blue ā€œView Landing Pageā€ button to open the landing page for that plan.

  • Set Optional Start Date: Select ā€œOptional Start Dateā€ and choose the desired date for the plan to start.

Note:

  • The Optional Start Date specifies when the plan will become active.

  • Even if you choose a future start date, the plan price is charged immediately.

  • The billing cycle aligns with the future start date (e.g., a plan starting on October 1st bills immediately but activates on that date, with the next bill on November 1st if billed monthly).

Also, itā€™s important to remember that the Optional Start Date URL is unique to the settings page and isnā€™t saved once you exit the ā€œConfigure Landing Page Optionsā€ screen.

Applying Plan Discounts on Landing Pages:

Plan discounts can be added to a plan on the ā€œConfigure Landing Page Optionsā€ screen. Important: Discounts must be pre-configured before they can be applied.

  • Unique Landing Page URL: After a discount is applied, a unique landing page URL will be generated for that plan.

Best Practices:

  • Avoid posting the discounted plan URL on public platforms like your website or social media.

  • Itā€™s recommended to send the landing page URL directly to the specific client or member instead.

This ensures that discounted plans are only offered to the intended audience and prevents misuse of the discount. Would you like assistance in pre-configuring discounts or managing landing pages?
