2. Click on Automation
3. Click on Create workflow
4. Click on Start from scratch…
5. Click on Create new workflow
6. Click on Add New Workflow Trigger
7. This screen will pop-up
8. Click on the drop down for "Choose A Workflow Trigger"
9. Find Stale Opportunities
10. Next, create a filter
11. First filter is "In pipeline"
12. Select your opportunities pipeline from the secondary drop down
13. Next, create a second filter: Click Add filters
14. From the drop down, select Pipeline stage
15. Select the stage you want. In this example we are using the Rate Request stage
16. Next, create a 3rd and final filter: Click on Add filters
17. Locate: Duration in days
18. Type the number of days you want the system to check for this trigger. We recommend 30-45 days
19. Your finished filters should look like this
20. Click on Save Trigger
21. Now, after the trigger is completed we need to add an action in the workflow. Click the +
22. Locate the "Remove Opportunity" option
23. Make sure you select the pipeline that it needs to remove the person from
24. It should look something like this:
25. Click on Save Action
26. Rename the workflow
27. Name it however you want
28. Click Publish and then save to make your new workflow live
