There may be a time when you need to forward your Grow CRM phone calls to a specific number; want to point it to a specific desk phone. Leaving for vacation etc...

By default, your Grow number will be assigned to the account holder of the Grow CRM.

If you want to forward the Grow phone line to a specific number for a short period of time, you can do that by following these steps -

4. The phone number screen will take you to the settings screen for your Grow phone number

Caller ID Settings
Enable Caller ID to Display Member Details
To enable caller ID and view member details when they call, ensure the following:
The member's information must be saved in your system.

If incoming calls are showing your business number instead of the caller's details:
