There may be a time when you need to forward your Grow CRM phone calls to a specific number; want to point it to a specific desk phone. Leaving for vacation etc...

By default, your Grow number will be assigned to the account holder of the Grow CRM.

If you want to forward the Grow phone line to a specific number for a short period of time, you can do that by following these steps -


1. Go to Grow.PushPress.com to log into your CRM dashboard

2. Click on the cog wheel / Settings

3. Click on Phone Numbers

4. The phone number screen will take you to the settings screen for your Grow phone number
