By default, the Grow CRM phone number will be assigned to the account holder of the CRM. Some gym owners want to assign all incoming calls and messages to a specific staff member or CSM.

You have 2 options:

1 - you can forward the phone calls to a specific phone number: http://help.pushpress.com/en/articles/6062343-grow-forwarding-calls-to-a-different-phone-number

or -

2 - you can assign the phone number to a specific staff member by doing the following:


1. Go to Grow.PushPress.com to log in to your Grow CRM Dashboard

2. Click on Settings

Click on Settings

3. Click on My Staff

Click on My Staff

4. from the staff menu, select the specific staff member you want to assign the phone number to

from the staff menu, select the specific staff member you want to assign the phone number to

5. Click on Edit

Click on Edit

6. Click on Call & Voicemail Settings

Click on  Call & Voicemail Settings

7. From the 'inbound Twilio Number' drop down menu, select the number you want to assign to this staff member

8. Select the number from the drop down

9. Select the number - or - this will be named if you named the Grow number in the 'Phone Number' settings page

10. Click on Save

Now, all incoming messages and phone calls will be directed to this specific staff member.

Click on Save
