When you need assistance with your Member App (or Branded App), providing the Member App diagnostics will hep the PushPress Support staff to quickly identify and troubleshoot your issue and provide the fastest possible resolution. Here are the steps to find and submit your diagnostics.

HINT: After submitting your diagnostics, make sure to keep an eye on your email for follow on questions and information as PushPress Support diagnoses the issue.

Open your Member App. Hit "Menu" from the bottom Menu Bar

From the Menu screen, select "Settings"

Select "Diagnostics"

From the Diagnostics screen, select "Report an Issue"

Making sure that you are using an e-mail account your regularly check, please explain your specific issue you are experiencing in detail. Be as descriptive as possible including any steps you've already take to resolve the issue.

The more descriptive you are, the faster the support team is likely going to be able to resolve your issue.
