Want to collect more information about an upcoming appointment? Maybe you'd like to ask questions about goals or other unique questions that pertain to your business. Instead of the standard fields from an appointment calendar, you can embed a unique custom form from the grow platform. Here's how:
2. On the menu bar: "Click on Sites"
3. "Click on Forms"
4. Create a form
5. Create the form and customize all the details you wish to collect
6. When you're done with the form, Click on: "Form Save"
7. Next, go back to the menu bar and click on: "Calendars"
8. Locate the menu across the top
9. Click on: "Calendar Settings"
10. Click on the appointment you want to embed the for on
11. Click on: "The 3 dots of the calendar"
12. Click on Edit
13. On the top menu, locate "3. Confirmation"
14. Click on: "3. Confirmation"
15. On the Form Settings select custom form as an option
16. Click on the drop down menu and select the form you wish to embed on the calendar
17. Click on the form you want from the drop down, and it will populate in the field
18. Click on: " Complete" to save this settings
