Several times a year, apple will update their App Terms. Only the Account Holder for App Store Connect has access to agree and sign. New terms have to be signed in order for PushPress to update your Branded App to the newest version.
As the Account Holder, you will get an email from Apple each time new Terms are available to sign. To not slow down the update process, best you sign ASAP.
How to agree to the new Terms:
log into https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ (as account holder)
Click on Agreements, Tax and Banking
Click on View and Agree to Terms
Read the terms (if you like 😝)
Check the box and save.
