Setting Parameters for Class Reservations in PushPress

  • Create or Edit a Class

    • Go to your class list and either select Create Class or select an existing class and choose Edit Class (pencil icon).

  • Select "Settings" from the right Edit Class configurator.

  • Set "Registration Starts":

    • Define how far in advance members can begin registering for the class.

    • Example: Set this to "1 day before start time" if you want members to start booking 24 hours prior the class begins.

  • Set "Registration Ends"

    • Determine how soon before the class starts you want to close registrations.

    • Example: Set this to 15 minutes if you want to allow last-minute registrations but still maintain control.

  • Set "Late Cancel"

    • Define when a cancellation is considered late, and set this accordingly.

    • For Limited Plans and Punch Cards, a late cancellation will deduct a session.

    • Example: If the class starts at 6pm, you might set the late cancel window to "2 hours before start time", meaning cancellations after 4 PM will be marked late.

  • Save Changes: Review the settings and click Save to apply.
