If you are able to log in but can only access your Account page, it likely means that your credit card on file failed to charge your monthly PushPress fee correctly. Common issues include insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank restrictions. Additionally, a payment marked as "pending" with your bank may also restrict full access until it clears. It's a quick fix: simply update your Credit Card details by hitting the 'Payment Method & Invoices' button. Then, contact our support team via chat and let us know, so we can push the payment through and restore your access.
In some cases, payment issues such as pending transactions with your bank or failed onboarding payments can lead to restricted access. A failed payment during onboarding can even prevent a user from being registered as a lead or member. Always verify your payment status promptly to avoid issues.
Once we are able to process that payment, you just need to log out and back in and you will be good to go.
