Upcoming member birthdays are emailed out to each Admin in the form of a daily summary. It will show who has a birthday coming up over the next 7 days.
If you need more heads up because you need to plan a special surprise or something, head over to the Birthday Report, which can be found here:
Reports -> Insights
Click on the 'see More' button next to 'Upcoming Birthdays'.
