Options for how to Email or Text members

There are a couple of different ways to email your members.

Message a single Member or a Lead

  1. Navigate to their member/lead detail page.

  2. Click on their email address or phone number in the right column.

  3. This will bring up a modal you can message them from. You also have the option of BCC'n yourself for emails.


Mass message active Members

  1. Navigate to Members list page.

  2. Click the 'Message All Members On This List' button.

  3. This will bring up a modal you can email or text from. You also have the option to BCC yourself yourself for emails.


Mass message Members on a specific plan

  1. Navigate to Plans List page.

  2. Click on a specific Plan you want to target

  3. Click 'Message All Members On This List' button in right column. This will then give you an option to email or SMS text your plan list.


Mass message Event attendees

  1. Navigate to the Event detail page.

  2. Schedule > Events

  3. Click on Event to target.

  4. Click 'Mass Message Registrants' from right column.


Mass message Class attendees

  1. Navigate to the Class detail page. (Classes -> Schedule then click on the actual class).

  2. Click 'Mass Message Registrants' from right column.

Notes:

For more complex targeting, segmentation and time delay emails use the Mailchimp Integration. Info on that here.
