Core | Plans - Limited Plans by Week or Month

Setting your plans to limit the number of times a member can Check-in

When it comes to the wide variety of plans that you can setup inside PushPress some of our most popular are to use limited check-ins. On plan setup page you can choose to limit check-ins.

Here are your options

  • Weekly - Sessions will reset on Monday of every week

  • Monthly - Sessions will reset on the First of every month

  • Billing Period - Sessions will reset on the billing date of plan

Here's how to set up limited plans.

Be sure to toggle on YES when setting up a plan.

Once a plan is set up this attribute can NOT be edited. A new plan is needed to update this on a plan.

Check in Restrictions

Billing Period

  • This will replenish on the billing date.

  • Can be used on a x day a week plan to give flexibility throughout the month if a client misses a few days do to travel or sickness.

Weekly or Monthly

Weekly

  • Use or lose if sessions are not used

  • Classes replenished on Monday

  • Member can book weeks in advance as long as billing is up to date.

Monthly

  • Classes are replenished on the 1st of the month - if you use rolling billing, meaning you bill on days other than the 1st, choose billing cycle.

  • Classes are use or lose and do not rollover.
