Troubleshooting Kiosk Mode Check-Ins
The member can't check in: Their membership plan's check-in rules may block it. Kiosk Mode can't override plan rules, so check their plan in Core.
Check-in stops at a document: The member has an unsigned document. They need to sign it to continue.
A coach can't check in on the kiosk: Coaches can't check in as the coach in Kiosk Mode. Switch to Staff Mode.
Quick Check-ins isn't showing: The class may be new without attendance history, the setting may be off, or the app may be older than 2.2.25.
A member isn't in the Quick Check-ins list: They may already be reserved or checked in, or they rarely attend that class time. They can type their name instead.
Still stuck? Try logging out and back in, refreshing the page, or testing on another device.
Important Notes
