Overview
The Subscription Change Report gives gym owners a monthly snapshot of recurring membership movement. Use it at month-end to assess how many subscriptions started, how many were cancelled, and the net revenue impact.
Who can access: Owner and Admin roles only.
Plan availability: All plans.
What You Will See
When you open the report you will find two KPI tiles and two tables.
Net Subscription Change shows total new minus total cancelled subscriptions for the month.
Net Revenue Change shows the dollar difference between new and cancelled subscription value.
The New Subscriptions table lists members whose recurring plan started this month with columns for Name, Plan, and Join Date.
The Cancelled Subscriptions table lists members whose recurring plan was cancelled this month with columns for Name, Plan, and Cancellation Date.
Note: Only paid recurring plans are included. Free trials, session packs, punch cards, and zero-dollar subscriptions are excluded.

Understanding the KPI Tiles
Net Subscription Change displays with a plus prefix in green when positive, in red when negative, and as a plain number when zero.
Net Revenue Change displays a green "Good Work!" badge when positive, a red "Let's Fix That!" badge when negative, and a blue neutral badge when zero.

Understanding the Tables
Both tables sort by date ascending and link member names to their profiles and plan names to the plan detail page.
A member who cancelled one plan and started a new one in the same month will appear in both tables. This is accurate behavior: the report tracks subscription-level changes, not member-level net changes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see any data?
The report only includes paid recurring plans. If no paid recurring subscriptions had activity in the selected month, all values show as zero.
Why is a member appearing in both tables?
If a member cancelled one plan and started another in the same month, they appear in both tables. This is by design.
Can I export this report?
Not currently. CSV export is not supported.
Why are paused subscriptions not listed?
This report tracks starts and cancellations only. Pauses and unpauses are not included.
