⚠️ Important Note on Weight Units for SugarWOD Imports
If a gym uses Metric (kg) instead of Imperial (lbs) for weight measurements, the SugarWOD export will default to Imperial. Before uploading, they’ll need to address this:
They have two options:
Request the correct unit format from SugarWOD Customer Service directly.
Use Find & Replace in the CSV file to change all instances of lbs to kg before uploading.
Import Workout History to Train:
Follow these steps to import your workout history to Train or see video below!
Log in to Train.pushpress.com
Open your web browser and navigate to Train.pushpress.com.
Enter your login credentials (email & password) that you use for the member app and click "Login."
Access Your Workout Section
Once logged in as a member, locate and click on the "My Workout History" option found in the left-hand menu. For administrators, navigate to Coaching > Gym Workout History.
Select "Import Scores"
Look for an option labeled "Import Scores" on the top right section of your screen. Click on this option to initiate the import process.
Choose the File to Import
You'll be prompted to select the file containing your workout history. Navigate to the location on your local device where the workout history file (typically named workout.csv) is stored. Click on the "Choose File" or similar button.
Select the file and click "Open" or "Choose" to proceed.
Export the File (Optional if import fails)
If your import fails you may need to export the file to a new CSV on your current device and retry steps 1-4. See video on how to export CSV file here.
Troubleshooting Incomplete or Duplicated Imports
If imported data is incomplete or contains duplicates, remove the existing import.
Re-import the updated CSV file. This can be done by an admin or member.
Afterward, check the workout history by searching using workout titles.
File Format Errors
Ensure your CSV file is in the correct format required by PushPress Train. Adjust the file layout if necessary.
Limitations and Workarounds
Gym-Wide Imports
A full gym-wide import, including recreations of all SugarWOD programming, is not directly supported. You may need to manually recreate content in PushPress Train.
Merging Import Programs
PushPress Train does not have a built-in function to merge imported programs. If you need to combine workouts from different programs, export them as CSV files and re-import them into a single location.
Updating Benchmark Workouts:
Once you've successfully imported your workout history, you can link your benchmark workouts for future reference and metrics. Updating Benchmarks
