This article will teach you how to import workout history from SugarWod.

Export workout history from SW.

If you wish to export your workout data from your account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to Your Account

    1. Visit the website associated with your account. It is not possible to export your history through the app.

    2. Enter your login credentials (username/email and password) to access your account.

  2. Navigate to Your Personal Profile

    1. Once logged in, locate and click on your personal profile icon or username.

    2. This should direct you to your profile page where you can manage your account settings and preferences.

    3. Login to app.sugarwod.com
  3. Click on the "Export Workouts" Button

    1. Within your personal profile, look for an option labeled "Export Workouts." This button should be located on the right hand side of your screen.

    2. Click on this button to initiate the export process. Once selected you results will be emailed to you.

    3. The file should be a .CSV file and have the title "workouts.csv"

    4. Click on Export Workouts

Provided your CSV file has the following headers you will not need to do any additional formatting before importing your workout History.

  1. date

  2. title

  3. description

  4. best_result_raw

  5. best_result_display

  6. score_type

  7. barbell_lift

  8. set_details

  9. notes

  10. rx_or_scaled

  11. pr

Import Workout History to Train

Follow these steps to import your workout history to Train or see video below!

  1. Log in to Train.pushpress.com

    1. Open your web browser and navigate to Train.pushpress.com.

    2. Enter your login credentials (email & password) that you use for the member app and click "Login."

  2. Access Your Workout Section

    1. Once logged in, locate and click on the "My Workout History" option. This is found in the left hand menu.

  3. Select "Import Scores

    1. Look for an option labeled "Import Scores" on the top right section of your screen. Click on this option to initiate the import process.

  4. Choose the File to Import

    1. You'll be prompted to select the file containing your workout history. Navigate to the location on your local device where the workout history file (typically named workout.csv) is stored. Click on the "Choose File" or similar button.

    2. Select the file and click "Open" or "Choose" to proceed.

  5. Export the File (Optional if import fails)

    1. If your import fails you may need to export the file to a new CSV on your current device and retry steps 1-4. See video on how to export CSV file here.
