Recent updates to Wodify’s kiosk have removed the ability for clients to download their own performance history directly.
This change is part of a broader migration process to PushPress, which involves exporting data, preparing it in the correct format, and uploading it to the new platform.
To support this change, performance results for each client must be requested individually from Wodify Customer Support. When making the request, ensure to ask for a "combined performance results file" to simplify the migration process.
Please reach out if you need assistance with exporting from Wodify or uploading into Train.
Download/Export Client Workout History from Wodify
Additionally, for member data, navigate to People → Clients in Wodify Core, adjust filters as needed, select all, and export the data. Ensure the exported file includes required fields such as First Name, Last Name, and Email.
Wodify CSV Exports for Performance Data
When requesting client performance data from Wodify Customer Support, you will receive the following CSV file:
UserID_PerformanceResults_DATE.csv
Example: UserId1178973_PerformanceResults_250521
PushPress only supports CSV files for data imports. If your data is in another format (like Excel/XLSX), you'll need to convert it to CSV format.
For member data CSV files, ensure the columns match the PushPress import template, including fields like First Name, Last Name, and Email.
Note: Wodify may provide you with two separate CSV files. These are not supported for upload to PushPress. In this case, specifically request a "combined performance results file" from Wodify Customer Support.
If you encounter issues with the CSV format, verify that the file matches the required template and re-export or reformat it as needed.
If benchmarks were not linked during the import, PRs may not appear. Ensure all benchmarks are linked properly before uploading to align records with PushPress's format.
