Live Chat is a dynamic, real-time communication tool that empowers your website visitors (contacts) to establish direct and instant communication with you through a feature-rich web chat. This two-way communication system not only bridges the gap between you and your audience but also amplifies the potential for meaningful engagements.

Please note that the AI Chat widget Auto Responder is a paid feature that costs approximately $.09 per message. To use this feature, you must request that we enable "Conversation AI" in your account. Request this feature here: Request Conversation AI

The non-intrusive and convenient nature of Live Chat improves overall customer engagement. With Live Chat, immediate assistance is just a message away. This reduces response times and elevates customer satisfaction.

Feature location 1 - Chat Widget

​Feature location: You can effortlessly configure the Live Chat feature via the Grow Sidebar Menu: Forms > Chat Widget > Chat Type > Live Chat.

​You also have the flexibility to fine-tune the look and feel of the chat widget. Options include personalizing the avatar, color scheme, agency branding and display of legal messages. In addition, you can craft introductory messages to engage your visitors effectively. Further enhance your experience by configuring fall-back time settings for periods of inactivity and defining acknowledgment messages within the chat widget settings.

NOTE: If changes are made to the chat widget, we will need to re-install the chat widget code to your website to reflect the new updates. You can submit a Website Edit request to our team to re-install the code and reflect your new changes.

Feature Location 2 - Conversations

Live Chat is seamlessly integrated as a dedicated channel within the Conversations module. This integration allows you to communicate with your website visitors in real time, without the hassle of navigating to separate platforms. For precise control over Live Chat interactions, there are two available manual actions:

  • Request Contact Details: This action allows you to send a contact detail form to website visitors seamlessly. It paves the way for extended and personalized communication, opening doors to deeper interactions.

  • End Live Chat: This feature empowers you to wrap up the chat efficiently when a matter has been resolved.
