Logging your own workout scores in the Train by PushPress App is a great way to track your progress and stay motivated. Whether you're participating in a benchmark workout or creating your own routine, here's a step-by-step guide on how to log your scores:

1. Log into Train by PushPress App:

Ensure you have the Train by PushPress App installed on your device. Open the app and log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the "Person Icon":

Once you're logged in, you'll be directed to the app's home screen. Look for the "Person Icon" or your profile picture, usually located at the bottom right corner of the screen. Tap on it to access your profile.

3. Click on "Benchmarks - View All":

Inside your profile, you'll find various options. Look for "Benchmarks" or a similar term that implies workout tracking. Click on "View All" to see a list of available benchmark workouts.

4. Click on "Log Your Own Workout":

Within the list of benchmark workouts, search for the option that allows you to "Log Your Own Workout." This is typically a button or link located near the top of the list. Click on it to proceed.

5. Choose the Scoring Option:

After clicking on "Log Your Own Workout," you'll likely be presented with different scoring options. These options could include calories, distance, reps, rounds/reps, time, or weight. Choose the scoring option that corresponds to the workout you're logging. This ensures that your progress is accurately recorded.

6. Enter the Score and Workout Details:

Once you've selected the appropriate scoring option, you'll be prompted to enter your workout score and additional details. For example, if you're logging a time-based workout, input the time it took you to complete the workout. If it's a weightlifting exercise, enter the weight lifted. Additionally, there might be a "Notes" or "Details" section where you can provide more context about the workout, such as the description of the workout itself.

7. Select Add Score:

After entering the necessary information, look for a "Add Score" to confirm your logged score and details.

Logging your scores is an excellent way to track your progress and celebrate your achievements. It also provides valuable data for your fitness journey, allowing you to identify areas of improvement and set new goals.
