Grow | How to merge duplicate contact records

From time to time you'll get duplicate contacts inside of your Grow system. This can happen by a variety of ways. But don't worry, the fix is easy enough. Follow the steps below to merge multiple contact records:

1. Log in to "Grow.PushPress.com"

2. Go to your "Contacts"

3. Click on "Quick search" and type the name of the duplicate contact

4. the records on the multiple contacts will populate

5. Check the boxes for the contacts you wish to merge together

6. Click on the "Merge contacts"

7. Determine which contact will remain as the "MASTER RECORD"

8. Click on "MASTER RECORD" and then select what items you want to merge from the duplicates

9. Type "CONFIRM" in the box and Click on "Resolve" to save
