You may run a gym structure where you assign Leads and/or Members to specific Staff members for mentoring and followups. There are 2 ways to do this.
Assigning Leads to Staff
Start in Leads section
Go to 'Lead Detail' by clicking the 3 dots contact menu of the lead you want.
Use the 'Assigned To:' dropdown to select the appropriate Staff member.
Hit the 'Submit' button
Assigning Members to Staff
Start on the relevant Members Detail/Profile page.
Select 'Edit Personal Info' button in right column.
In the 'Access' section, use the 'Assigned To:' dropdown to select which Staff they are assigned to.
Hit the 'Save' button.
