When setting up a new class or event, you can define the location to provide your customers with clear details on where to go or how to join. Here are the location options available and how they appear to your members:
Note: Locations are not currently supported for appointments.
Location Options
Physical Location - No Address or Map Link:
Specify a physical location name only (e.g., “Main Gym Floor”).
Physical Location - Address and Map Link:
Add a full address, allowing members to view the location on a map.
Virtual Location - No Link:
For online classes with no specific meeting link (e.g., “Virtual Training Session”).
Virtual Location - With Link:
Include a clickable link to the virtual class (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet).
Member View
Locations will appear on the class info or event info pages.
In the Member App, any included link will be clickable, making it easy for members to access the location or join virtual sessions.
How to Create a New Location
To begin creating your locations visit the calendar page found under the schedule menu then click locations for the right hand side.
From location page choose Choose + New Location Button
The location module will slide out form the right and look like this.
Enter in information to complete location options and save.
Location Type - Physical or Virtual
Name - Give your Location a Name
Location - Add address
Location URL - Grab your google maps link to have a one click options from the member app.
Note: These locations will be added when creating classes on the calendar.
