Summary

The Integrations Hub is the new central location for managing all third-party integrations in PushPress Core. It replaces scattered integration settings and introduces a consistent, self-serve experience for connecting tools like HybridAF, Kisi, and Zapier.

In the future, this Hub will evolve into the full PushPress Marketplace, where all integrations, apps, and partnerships will live.

Why use the Integrations Hub

  • All integrations in one place – Manage HybridAF, Kisi, and Zapier under one tab.

  • Self-serve setup – Connect integrations without contacting Support.

  • More reliable connections – Rebuilt infrastructure with improved stability and automatic retries.

  • Clear visibility – View connection status, last sync, and logs.

  • Future-ready – The Hub lays the foundation for all future integrations.

How to Access the Integrations Hub

  1. Log in to PushPress Core.

  2. Go to Settings → Integrations Hub.

  3. Choose the integration you want to connect: HybridAF, Kisi, or Zapier.

Available Integrations

Connecting HybridAF

HybridAF allows 24/7 access control for your facility.

  1. Make sure you already have a HybridAF account.

  2. In the Integrations Hub, select HybridAF.

  3. Enter your Facility ID provided by HybridAF.

  4. Click Connect.

You’ll see the connection status update immediately. From this page you can:

  • Disconnect or reconnect HybridAF.

  • Update your Facility ID if needed.

Once connected, HybridAF syncs with PushPress automatically to grant or revoke access based on plan status.

👉 Tip: If a member’s plan is paused or canceled, HybridAF access is revoked automatically.

Connecting Kisi

Kisi provides another option for secure, keyless door access.

  1. In the Integrations Hub, select Kisi.

  2. Click Connect.

  3. Review the data permissions and click Agree and Continue.

  4. Enter your Group ID and API key from your Kisi account.

  5. Click Connect again.

Your Kisi integration will now show as Connected in the Hub. You can return here anytime to disconnect or update credentials.

👉 For help finding your Kisi Group ID and API key, visit your Kisi dashboard or contact Kisi Support.

Connecting Zapier

Zapier works a little differently — the connection process happens on Zapier’s website.

  1. In the Integrations Hub, select Zapier.

  2. Click Continue to Zapier. This opens a new browser window.

  3. Make sure you’re connecting to the correct PushPress app (not “PushPress 2.0”).

  4. When prompted, enter your API key:

    • In PushPress Core, go to Settings → Security & Access.

    • Click Add API Key.

    • Copy the new key and paste it into the Zapier window.

  5. Complete sign-in on Zapier.

Once connected, you can start creating Zaps that automate tasks between PushPress and other platforms (for example: Google Sheets, Slack, or Mailchimp).

Troubleshooting

  • Integration not connecting? Double-check your credentials (Facility ID, Group ID, API key).

  • Zapier not showing PushPress? Ensure you select the standard PushPress app (not PushPress 2.0).

  • HybridAF/Kisi access not updating? Confirm that 24-hour access is enabled on your plans.

  • Connection failed? Reconnect in the Integrations Hub — retries are automatic, but a manual reconnect will refresh credentials.
