Intro Appointments Workflow Folder

In PushPress Grow, performing an action on a Grow appointment can automatically trigger the following workflows:

Grow Appointment Scheduled

How It's Triggered:

  • This workflow is triggered whenever a new appointment is booked using the built-in Appointment features in Grow.

Pro Tip:

  • We recommend using Grow Appointments for Intro-style appointments where you need a calendar link embedded in new lead emails or on your website.

    • This allows potential clients to book an appointment easily without needing to create a profile

How It Works:

  • This workflow is triggered whenever an appointment is scheduled using the Grow Appointment feature.

  • It sends an SMS notification to the assigned staff member (Staff must have a valid phone number listed under "My Staff.")

  • It then sends email and SMS confirmations to the contact.

  • 60 minutes before the appointment, it sends a reminder email and SMS to the contact.

Note:

  • You can adjust, add, or remove any emails or SMS messages in this sequence to fit your needs.

How to Update Appointment Statuses:

  • To update an appointment status in Grow:

    • Go to "Calendars" in your Grow dashboard.

    • Click "Appointments" at the top.

    • Select the appointment you want to update.

    • Change the status as needed.

Pro Tip:

  • Keeping appointment statuses updated ensures accurate tracking and triggers the correct follow-up actions.

  • You can customize follow-up messages for No Shows or Completed Appointments by editing the workflow.

Grow Appointment Showed

How It's Triggered:

  • This workflow is triggered when an appointment in Grow is marked as "Showed."

How to Update Appointment Statuses:

  • From the Grow Dashboard, go to the side menu.

  • Click Calendars > Appointments.

  • Select the appointment you want to update.

  • Change the status to "Showed."

How It Works:

  • This workflow is intentionally left blank, allowing you to customize it as needed.

Note:

  • If you want to send an outbound message to the client, click the "+" and add an email or SMS to the sequence.

To update an appointment status in Grow:

  • Go to "Calendars" in your Grow dashboard.

  • Click "Appointments" at the top.

  • Select the appointment you want to update.

  • Change the status as needed.

Grow Appointment No-Show

How It's Triggered:

  • This workflow is triggered when an appointment in Grow is marked as "No Show."

How to update Appointment Statuses:

  • From the Grow Dashboard, go to the side menu.

  • Click Calendars > Appointments.

  • Select the appointment you want to update.

  • Change the status to "No Show."

How It Works:

  • This workflow is intentionally left blank, allowing you to customize your external messaging to the client if needed.

Note:

  • To add an email or SMS to notify the client about their missed appointment, click the "+" anywhere in the sequence.

How to Update Appointment Statuses

  • To update an appointment status in Grow:

    • Go to "Calendars" in your Grow dashboard.

    • Click "Appointments" at the top.

    • Select the appointment you want to update.

    • Change the status as needed.

Grow Appointment Cancelled

How It's Triggered:

  • This workflow is triggered when an appointment in Grow is marked as "Cancelled."

How to update Appointment Statuses:

  • From the Grow Dashboard, go to the side menu.

  • Click Calendars > Appointments.

  • Select the appointment you want to update.

  • Change the status to "Canceled."

How It Works:

  • When an appointment is marked as "Canceled" (either by a staff member or the contact), this workflow is triggered.

  • The workflow sends an in-app push notification to the assigned staff member.

  • It also sends an SMS notification to the contact.

Note:

  • To add additional external messaging, click the "+" and insert an email or SMS.

  • You can also modify the SMS message to fit your preferences by selecting the SMS step and updating the content.

How to Update Appointment Statuses

  • To update an appointment status in Grow:

    • Go to "Calendars" in your Grow dashboard.

    • Click "Appointments" at the top.

    • Select the appointment you want to update.

    • Change the status as needed.
