The Screens App is designed to enhance your gym or studio experience by displaying important information like class attendance and workout data on a TV screen. It integrates smoothly with other apps like the PushPress Staff App and Train, elevating the experience for everyone involved.

Key Features:

  1. Class Attendance Mode: Displays member attendance for each class, allowing instructors and staff to keep track of who's attending and giving them better access to member information.

  2. Workout Mode: Provides a dynamic display of workout information, enabling participants to follow along with ease.

Benefits:

  • Enhances the overall atmosphere of your gym or studio.

  • Simplifies navigation and information access for instructors.

Common Troubleshooting Steps

If you encounter issues with the Screens app such as crashes, display problems, or error messages, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Force Stop the App: Navigate to your TV's settings, go to the 'Manage Applications' menu, and force stop the Screens App. Then, reopen the app.

  2. Clear Cache and Data: On your Fire TV or Fire Stick, go to settings. Clear the app cache and, if necessary, clear all app data. Restart the device.

  3. Power Cycle Your Device: Turn off the affected device and unplug it for at least 20 seconds before powering it back on.

  4. Reinstall the Screens App: Uninstall the Screens app from your device. Reinstall it from the Amazon store and re-pair it if required.### Display and Content Configuration Issues If the app works on some devices but not others, check the following:

  • Workout Programming Settings:

    • Ensure the workout is published to Screens in PushPress Train.

    • Confirm that "Screens Enabled" is turned on for the workout.

    • Verify that the corresponding membership plan has access to the workout program.

  • TV Display Settings:

    • Check the TV's aspect ratio, picture size, and zoom settings.

    • Ensure these settings don't crop or distort the app's display.

  • Screen-Specific Errors:

    • If one TV displays a white screen or only part of the workout, verify the app version and clear its data.

    • Check if the problematic TV's Fire Stick is outdated or incompatible.
