How to Add Products: Adding and Managing Products in Core

Adding and managing products in your Core Dashboard allows you to sell retail items, improve the member experience, and create an additional revenue stream for your business.

Product Categories

Product categories control how products are organized and displayed in the Staff App (Kiosk).

Create a Product Category

  1. From the Core Dashboard, select Products.

  2. Click Product Categories.

  3. Select + Add New Product Category.

Pro Tip:
Categories display in alphabetical order by default. If you want products to appear in a specific order, number the categories (e.g., 01 Apparel, 02 Supplements).

Adding Products

Create a New Product

  1. From the Core Dashboard, select Products.

  2. Click Products.

  3. Select the + icon or Create New Product.

Product Information

Complete the following fields:

  • Product Name – Used to easily identify the product

  • Product Description – Displays in the Staff App and on landing pages

  • Product Category – Organizes and sorts the product

  • Image – Upload a square, high-quality image

    • Recommended size: 500 × 500 pixels

Pricing and Options

Product Options

  • Click Add New Option to manage inventory variations such as sizes or colors

  • Set:

    • Price

    • Wholesale cost

    • Inventory quantity

    • Display order (useful for listing apparel sizes in order)

Taxes

  • Select the appropriate tax rate

  • Tax rates are created in Settings within your Core Dashboard

Pickup & Shipping

  • Available for Pickup – Enables in-person pickup

  • Available for Shipping – Enables shipping and allows you to set shipping costs

    • Shipping options apply to landing page sales

Visibility and Integrations

Control where the product appears:

  • Display product on Staff App – Allows staff to sell the product via the Kiosk

  • Enable landing page – Creates a public product landing page

  • Redirect URL – Sends customers to a specific URL after purchase
