Why multiple Committed Clubs?

Committed Club is one of PushPress's most powerful retention tools — members who earn Committed Club status check in 33% more often and churn at roughly a third the rate of everyone else. Until now, though, your gym could only run one club, with one attendance goal, for every member.

That's a problem if you run more than one program. A CrossFit-only threshold doesn't fit your kids class. A 12-check-in goal isn't realistic for PT clients who train twice a week. And a single club can't recognize your unlimited members differently from your limited-schedule members.

What's new

Multiple Committed Clubs lets you run several clubs at the same time, each with its own:

  • Name (e.g. "CrossFit Club," "Kids Club," "Platinum Members")

  • Monthly check-in goal

  • Eligible check-in types — classes, appointments, open gym, etc.

  • Plan-based eligibility — so members only see and participate in the club that matches their membership

Members only see the clubs they qualify for, and every leaderboard, streak, and report stays scoped to its own club — so your data stays clean as you expand.

Ways gyms are using it

  • Multi-discipline gyms — Separate clubs for CrossFit, yoga, jiu-jitsu, or any program that runs on its own rhythm.

  • Tiered recognition — Standard, gold, and platinum clubs to celebrate members at every level of commitment.

  • Specialty programs — Realistic goals for kids, teens, seniors, corporate plans, or PT-only members.

  • Plan-gated clubs — Reward unlimited members with their own exclusive club.

Getting started

Head to the Committed Club section in the Core App Store to create or edit clubs. Configure the name, threshold, eligible check-ins, and plan eligibility — and launch when you're ready.
