Pre‑Open Pages: Interest List & Founder Pre‑Sell

Pre-Open Pages help you open your gym with momentum, not uncertainty. The goal is simple: open with 50+ people committed to paid memberships on day one. Start building demand early and turn interest into real members and real revenue.

Instead of waiting until everything feels finished, this system lets you start building demand early and convert that interest into real members and real revenue in month one.

How it works (high level)

The pre‑open experience runs in two clear phases:

  1. Interest List – get something live fast and start capturing demand

  2. Founder Pre‑Sell – introduce a limited founder offer and convert interest into paid memberships

The Interest List launches first at the root domain as a single-page site. When the Founder Pre-Sell goes live, it replaces the Interest List at the root domain, remaining a single-page website.

You don’t need everything figured out on day one. The system is intentionally built to move you forward while details are still coming together.

Phase 1: Interest List

What the Interest List is

The Interest List is a simple “opening soon” page that helps you start building an audience right away.

Its purpose is to:

  • show that your gym is real and opening soon

  • anchor your gym to a real, local address

  • collect names and emails from interested people

  • set expectations that memberships will be available

There is no pricing and no selling at this stage.

Example Interest List page:

Why this comes first

Many gyms delay launching because pricing or offers aren’t finalized yet.

The Interest List removes that blocker. It allows you to:

  • start capturing demand as soon as you sign a lease

  • avoid losing weeks (or months) of potential members

  • build confidence by seeing real interest from your community

While the Interest List is live, you’ll have time to finalize your founder offer without pressure.

What we need to launch the Interest List

To launch your Interest List, we only need a small amount of information:

  • Your gym logo

  • Your planned opening month and year

    • Example: “Opening March 2026”

  • Your exact gym address

    • This should match your Google Business Profile

    • An exact address helps with local search visibility

Once this is provided, we can get your Interest List live.

Phase 2: Founder Pre‑Sell

What the Founder Pre‑Sell is

The Founder Pre‑Sell is a conversion‑focused page designed to turn interest into paid memberships before opening day.

It answers the key question potential members have:

“Is this gym for someone like me, and should I join now?”

This page introduces urgency, clarity, and a clear reason to act.

Example Founder Pre‑Sell page:

When to move to the Founder Pre‑Sell

You’re ready for the Founder Pre‑Sell when:

  • you’re confident in your opening date

  • you’re ready to offer a real founder incentive

  • you want to start locking in paying members

The Interest List can stay live right up until the Founder Pre‑Sell goes live.

Your founder offer

We’ll guide you with a proven founder‑offer structure, but you’re not locked into anything.

A common approach looks like:

  • a percentage or dollar discount

  • applied for a fixed time period (for example, 6 months)

  • sometimes capped to a limited number of members

You’re always free to adjust or create your own offer — this is meant to be guidance, not a rule.

What we need to launch the Founder Pre‑Sell

To build your Founder Pre‑Sell page, we’ll work with you to confirm:

  • Your exact opening date

  • Your founder offer details

  • The membership plan being sold

  • Your confirmed gym address

This ensures everything is accurate and ready for people to purchase.

Preview and revisions

Before anything goes live, you’ll see a full preview of your page.

You can:

  • request copy changes

  • swap images or provide your own

  • suggest adjustments before launch

Even after your page is live, you can continue to request updates.

All feedback is handled through our standard review process to keep things organized and easy.

The big picture

The Pre‑Open Pages are designed to help you:

  • start building demand earlier than most gyms

  • reduce the stress of a “cold” opening

  • generate real revenue in your first month

  • open your doors with energy, momentum, and members already committed

If you’re not open yet, the best time to start is now.
