Why multiple Committed Clubs?
Committed Club is one of PushPress's most powerful retention tools — members who earn Committed Club status check in 33% more often and churn at roughly a third the rate of everyone else. Until now, though, your gym could only run one club, with one attendance goal, for every member.
That's a problem if you run more than one program. A CrossFit-only threshold doesn't fit your kids class. A 12-check-in goal isn't realistic for PT clients who train twice a week. And a single club can't recognize your unlimited members differently from your limited-schedule members.
Overview
Committed Club is PushPress's built-in member retention tool. It rewards members who hit a monthly check-in goal with recognition across the Members App, the Screens App, and your admin dashboard. You can run one club or multiple clubs simultaneously — each with its own threshold, check-in types, and plan-based eligibility — making it flexible for any gym structure.
Who can do this: Admin
Plan availability: Core Pro and above. All Committed Club features, including Multiple Committed Clubs, require Pro or higher.
Where: Control Panel → Apps → App Store → Committed Club, then Members → Committed Club

To create a new club, go to Members → Committed Club, click Create new club, and complete the setup form.
From the left navigation, click Members, then select Committed Club.
Click Create new club.
Enter a club name — for example, "CrossFit Club," "Kids Club," or "PT Members."
Set the check-in threshold: the number of check-ins per month a member needs to qualify.
Select the eligible check-in types that count toward this club: class, appointment, open gym, or a combination.
3. Set Plan Eligibility
To set plan eligibility, choose whether the club is open to all members or restricted to members on specific plans.
Under Eligibility, select one of the following:
All members — every active member is enrolled regardless of plan.
Specific plans — only members on selected plans are enrolled.
If you selected Specific plans, choose the applicable recurring or non-recurring plans from the list.

If the start date is the 1st of the month, the club goes live at 12:01 am that day.
If launched mid-month, it goes live immediately.
Note: Drafted clubs are not visible to members. Do not launch until the club is fully configured.
For Future Months:
A pre-launch banner will display in the dashboard until the launch date.
The Committed Club will go live in your dashboard and members’ apps at 12:00 am on the 1st of the selected month.

How Members Experience Multiple Clubs
Members only see Committed Clubs they are eligible for in the Members App. A member enrolled in more than one club sees each club stacked on their home screen, with independent check-in tracking for each.
Check-ins that qualify under multiple clubs count toward each one the member is enrolled in.
Key Benefits
Program-specific goals — Set realistic attendance targets for each segment rather than applying one goal to everyone.
Plan-based control — Enroll only the right members in each club using plan eligibility rules.
Independent tracking — Each club has its own leaderboard, streak tracking, and year-to-date view.
Scalable for multi-program gyms — Supports gyms running CrossFit, kids programs, martial arts, personal training, and more simultaneously. How to Use Admin Reporting
Viewing Streaks and Year-to-Date Totals
To view streaks and year-to-date totals, open Committed Club in the admin dashboard and locate the YTD Totals and Current Streaks row at the top of the member table.
From the left navigation, click Members, then Committed Club.
Select the active club.
The YTD Totals + Current Streaks row appears at the top of the table once the club has been active for 2 or more months.
Each member row shows a checkmark per month if the threshold was met.
Scroll right to see all 12 months. Earlier months are shown as blank, not hidden, if the club started mid-year.
Note: A past year summary row appears between December and January once a calendar year ends, so you can reference prior year data without exporting.
Adding a Retroactive Check-In
To add a retroactive check-in for a past month, locate the member's row in the admin view and click the empty cell for the applicable month.
In the Committed Club admin view, find the member's row.
Click the empty cell for the month you want to credit.
The cell updates to a checkmark.
Exporting Data
To export Committed Club data, use the Export function in the Committed Club dashboard. The export includes member name, email, and check-in count for the selected month.
How to Use the Screens App Display
To display Committed Club members on your gym screens, open the PushPress Screens App and navigate to Committed Club in the main Screens navigation.
Open the PushPress Screens App on your display device.
Navigate to Committed Club in the main Screens navigation.

Tap the toggle to switch to the current month (shown as IN PROGRESS).
No additional configuration is required. The screen updates automatically each month.

Member names listed alphabetically for the selected month.

A trophy icon next to the member with the most check-ins that month.

Each Committed Club is displayed on Screens.
Click on each to see individuals listed (shown above).

Troubleshooting Committed Club
Committed Club not visible in the admin dashboard — Confirm Committed Club is installed from the App Store. If installed and still not visible, refresh the page or contact support.
A member cannot see a club they should be in — Confirm the member's plan is selected in the club's eligibility list. Confirm the club is launched — drafted clubs are not visible to members.
A member sees a club they should not be in — Review the eligible plans for that club. If All members is selected, every active member sees the club. Switch to Specific plans to restrict eligibility.
A member eligible for multiple clubs is only seeing one — The member is on an older version of the Members App. Older versions (below 3.25.0) display only the first eligible club. Ask the member to update their app.
Check-ins are not counting toward a club — Confirm the check-in type is included in the club's eligible check-in types. Check-ins from ineligible types do not count.
YTD Totals row not visible in admin — The row only appears once the club has been active for 2 or more months.
Leaderboard not showing in the Members App — Confirm the member's app is updated to the latest version and that they have at least one qualifying month recorded.
Screens App display not showing — Confirm you navigated to Committed Club in the Screens App navigation. Confirm the club is active and has at least one member who qualified in the displayed month.
A club needs to be deleted — Individual clubs cannot be self-deleted.
Mid-month plan change not behaving as expected — If a member loses eligibility mid-month, future check-ins stop counting toward that club. Historical check-ins remain visible to admins. Contact support if the behavior appears incorrect after confirming eligibility settings.
