Summary
Committed Club now includes three new enhancements: admin reporting with streaks and YTD totals in Core, a member-facing leaderboard and streak tracker in the Members App, and a dedicated Committed Club display in the Screens App. This article explains what changed, how to use each feature, and what to expect.
Why Use Committed Club Reporting and Displays?
Save time on manual reporting — Streak and YTD data are now visible directly in the admin view. No more counting months or exporting to a spreadsheet.
Drive member engagement — Leaderboards in the Members App turn a solo habit into a social competition, increasing check-in behavior without additional gym effort.
Recognize members in the gym — The Screens App automatically displays current and previous month Committed Club members, giving staff easy talking points and boosting retention.
What's New
Feature 1: Admin Reporting in Core
Gym owners can now see streaks and year-to-date totals directly in the Committed Club admin view.
YTD Totals + Current Streaks row — Appears at the top of the table once a Committed Club has been active for 2 or more months. Shows each member's total months made this year and their current consecutive-month streak.
Past Year Totals row — Once a calendar year ends, a summary row for that prior year appears between December and January. Persists so owners can reference prior years without exporting.
Full 12-month view from launch date — If a gym starts mid-year, the grid shows all 12 months. Earlier months are left blank rather than hidden.
Check/no-check per month — Each cell shows a checkmark if the member hit the threshold. Admins can retroactively add check-ins for months a member missed.
Info icons on streak and year columns — A small info icon differentiates the YTD and streak count columns from the check-in count columns.
CSV export — No changes to export behavior.
Feature 2: Members App Leaderboard and Streaks
Members can now see their own streak progress and compare against other members on a yearly leaderboard.
Yearly Leaderboard — A new leaderboard card shows all members who have made Committed Club at least once in the current year. Profile photos of the top 3 are displayed. Tapping opens the full ranked list.
Leaderboard sort logic — Primary sort: total months made this year. Secondary sort: overall streak length. Ties share the same rank and sort alphabetically.
Leaderboard calendar year — Runs February 1 of the current year through January 31 of the following year.
Monthly breakdown cards — Each past month appears as a separate card. Current month shows as IN PROGRESS with the current count.
Feature 3: Screens App Display
The PushPress Screens App now has a dedicated Committed Club view.
New Committed Club row in Screens navigation — A Committed Club option appears in the main Screens nav.
Current month and previous month toggle — Staff can switch between the current month (IN PROGRESS) and the previous completed month. Default view is the last completed month.
Alphabetical member list — Members are listed alphabetically.
First-time member icon — A handwave icon appears next to any member in Committed Club for the first time that month.
Most check-ins icon — A trophy icon appears next to the member with the most check-ins that month.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see the YTD Totals row in my admin view?
The YTD Totals + Current Streaks row only appears once your Committed Club has been active for 2 or more months. If your club is newer than that, the row will not display yet.
Can members opt out of the leaderboard?
Not yet. Member opt-out from the leaderboard is on the roadmap but not available in this release. All active Committed Club members will appear on the leaderboard.
Why doesn't the Screens display show streaks?
Streak data is cumulative and does not apply cleanly to a single month view. The monthly Screens display intentionally excludes streaks to avoid confusion. A future annual leaderboard view on Screens may include streaks.
Can I retroactively add check-ins for a past month?
Yes. In the admin Committed Club view, locate the member row and click the empty cell for the applicable past month to add a check-in retroactively.
Troubleshooting Committed Club
If Committed Club admin reporting, leaderboard, or Screens display is not working, check:
Committed Club is active and has been running for at least 2 months (for YTD row to appear)
Feature flags are enabled for your account — contact support if needed
Members App and Screens App are updated to the latest version
You are logged into the correct gym account
Still stuck? Try logging out and back in, refreshing the page, or testing on another device.
Important Notes
Note: Multiple Committed Clubs per gym are not supported in this release. Design system updates for that are deferred to a future milestone.
Note: Member privacy controls for the leaderboard are not yet available. A privacy opt-out spike is planned for a future cycle.
