Why Use Member Intel?

Coaches walk in prepared. Relevant member context — new members, injuries, birthdays, anniversaries — is surfaced automatically before class.

More personal member experiences. Coaches can acknowledge milestones and make meaningful connections without searching through profiles.

No extra work for staff. AI generates the insights. Coaches just review and coach.

Stronger retention. Members who feel recognized stay longer.


What's New

Member Intel is now available in the Staff App for all Pro and Max plan customers. It is gated to these plans due to AI infrastructure costs and its operational value.

How to Use Member Intel

1. Open the Staff App

  • Log in to the Staff App on your device

  • Ensure you are running version 2.2.9 or higher (update via the App Store or Google Play if needed)

2. Navigate to an Upcoming Class

  • Tap the Classes tab

  • Select a class starting within approximately 1 hour

  • The class must have at least 2 registered attendees for Member Intel to generate

3. Review Member Intel

  • If relevant insights exist, you will see a Member Intel summary within the class roster view

  • Tap the summary to see individual member highlights

  • Each member can show up to 2 highlights, prioritized by relevance

4. Use the Insights Before or During Class

  • Ideally review 15–30 minutes before class

  • Member Intel can also be viewed during class if needed

  • If no meaningful insights exist, nothing will display — this is intentional

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't I see Member Intel for my class?

Member Intel only appears when there is meaningful context to surface. If no attendees meet the criteria, nothing is shown. This prevents noise and keeps the experience clean. The class must also be active, within approximately 1 hour of start time, and have at least 2 registered attendees.

What kind of information does Member Intel show?

Member Intel can surface: new member onboarding cues, leads or trials, birthdays, membership anniversaries, attendance patterns, injuries, and recent coaching notes.

Who can see Member Intel?

Anyone with Staff App access can view Member Intel, based on existing staff permissions.


Do members need to reserve a spot for Member Intel to work?

Reservations improve accuracy and relevance, but Member Intel can still function with available attendance data.


Is Member Intel available on all plans?

No. Member Intel is available on Pro and Max plans only.


What app version do I need?

Staff App version 2.2.9 or higher is required.


When is Member Intel generated?

Insights are generated approximately 1 hour before class start time.


Will Member Intel show every member in the class?

Only members with meaningful context are highlighted. Not every member will appear — the system prioritizes the most relevant information to avoid overload.


Troubleshooting Member Intel

If Member Intel is not showing or not working as expected, check:

  • You are on Staff App version 2.2.9 or higher

  • Your account is on a Pro or Max plan

  • The class starts within approximately 1 hour

  • The class has at least 2 registered attendees

  • You have Staff App access with standard permissions

Still not seeing it? Try logging out and back into the Staff App, or check with your admin to confirm your plan level and app version.


Important Notes

Plan Restriction: Member Intel is available on Pro and Max plans only. It is not available on the Core or Starter plans.

Note: Member Intel is designed to show only when there is something meaningful to surface. An empty state is expected behavior, not a bug.

Note: Push notifications for Member Intel are planned for a future update and are not available at this time.
