How to update your gym's company name in PushPress Core — the name members see on emails and throughout the system.

Overview

Your company name in PushPress appears on all member-facing emails, receipts, and system communications. This article explains how to update it.

Who can do this: Account Owner / Admin

Where: Core Control Panel → Settings → Settings

How to Change Your Company Name

  1. Log in to the PushPress Control Panel.

  2. Go to Settings in the left navigation, then select Settings from the dropdown.

  3. Scroll down to the Email Branding Section then, Company Name field.

  4. Update the name to your desired display name.

  5. Click Save.


Company Name vs. Subdomain URL

These are two separate things:

Your PushPress URL (e.g., yourgym.pushpress.com)

Changing your company name does not change your subdomain URL. If you need to change your URL, contact PushPress Support at support@pushpress.com.


Troubleshooting

The name updated in Settings but emails still show the old name

  • Allow a few minutes for the change to propagate

  • Check that you clicked Save after making the change

  • If it persists after an hour, contact Support

I want to change both the name and the URL

  • Update the company name yourself via Settings

  • For the URL change, contact Support separately — URL changes require backend work and advance notice
