Rebranding Your Gym in PushPress – Checklist

Use this streamlined checklist to update your branding across Core, Grow, Staff App, Branded App, and Website.

Before You Start

Finalize new business name
→ Prepare new logo files (PNG + SVG recommended)
→ Confirm brand colors (HEX codes)
→ Purchase new domain (if changing)
→ Set up new business email addresses


Core

Update Business Info
Core → Settings → Update:

  • Business name

  • Logo

  • Email


Core → Settings → Apps → Digital Documents:

  • Update waivers and contracts

Changing Your PushPress URL (Subdomain)?
Contact Support → Request new subdomain

⚠️ Important:
Old links will stop working once changed. Update:

  • Website buttons

  • Social media links

  • Email templates

  • Marketing materials

  • Automations


Grow - CRM

Update Business Settings
Grow → Settings → Update business info


Update Workflows
Grow → Workflows

Grow - Website

Log into Grow → Content Library → Website Rebrand
→ Submit request
→ $199 rebrand fee applies


Staff App

Logo Updates
Logo pulls from Core → Settings
→ Upload new logo in Core
→ Allow time to sync

If logo doesn’t update:
→ Log out/in, Uninstall & reinstall Staff App

If Subdomain (URL) Changed
Links may appear broken
→ Uninstall Staff App on all devices
→ Reinstall latest version
→ Log back in


Branded App

Update Background Image
Core → Menu → Apps → Branded App → Update image

Update App Name / Colors
Email Ashley@pushpress.com
→ Send new name
→ Send logo
→ Provide HEX color codes


Outside of PushPress

Update:
→ Google Business Profile
→ Facebook / Instagram
→ Email signatures in emails
→ QR codes in gym
→ Business listings (Yelp, ClassPass, etc.)


Final Rebrand Audit

Search your system for:
→ Old gym name
→ Old email address
→ Old domain

Check:
→ Waivers
→ Agreements
→ Email footers
→ Automations
→ Website links
→ App branding


If something isn’t updating correctly after completing these steps, contact PushPress Support and let them know you've recently completed a rebrand.
