Branding and Visibility:

The Branded App enhances your gym’s visibility by showcasing your logo, colors, and overall branding, reinforcing your identity among clients and the community. This creates stronger brand recognition and sets your gym apart from competitors who may lack a dedicated mobile app.

Exclusive Features:

Branded App clients gain early access to new features and updates before they are released to the free Member App, offering a functional advantage for both you and your members.

Managed Updates:

The PushPress Customer Experience Team actively monitors Branded App accounts, handling upgrades and branded image updates. When new features are released, the team ensures your app stays current without requiring additional effort from you.

Proactive Maintenance:

Keep your Apple Development Agreements and Accounts up to date to ensure your Branded App continues to receive the latest features and updates seamlessly.


Branded App Pricing

  • Standard Pricing: $97/month.

  • Apple Developer Account: An additional $99/year, managed by the gym or studio.

  • For Multi-Location Pricing:

    • Option 1: Single App Across All Locations

      • One Branded App listed in the app stores for all locations.

      • Members from any location are routed to the same app, and their login works universally.

      • Customizable home background image per location (same app icon across locations).

      • Discount: 50% off Branded App pricing for each additional Control Panel (Core account) linked to the app.

      • Ideal for franchises or multi-locations with uniform branding and operations.

    • Option 2: Separate Apps for Each Location

      • Each location gets its own app store listing with unique branding (logo, background image).

      • Discount: 20% off Branded App pricing for each additional app.

      • Ideal for affiliates or locations with distinct branding and operations.

What are the eligibility requirements for a Branded App?

  • The Branded App is available exclusively for PushPress clients.


How do I get started?

  • Visit the PushPress App Store: Activate the Branded App by navigating to the PushPress App Store in your PushPress account.

  • For detailed setup or multi-location inquiries, contact PushPress support for assistance. support@pushpress.com

Do I need an Apple Developer Account and why?

  • An Apple Developer Account is required for listing your app in the Apple App Store. We are required to transfer app ownership to your account in order to provide maintenance and updates.

  • The Apple Developer Account is managed separately by the gym at $99/year.

Why is my app no longer listed in the Apple Store or Google Play?

  • Apps are required to have regular updates. If your app has been removed, it's likely that we never received your Apple Developer Account information to transfer ownership and have not been able to update either app.

  • PushPress will not update your Branded App without transferring ownership.

How can I apply for an Apple Developer Account?

What size should my background image be?

  • Your image should be vertical.

  • The exact dimensions are 1536 x 2048px.

    • You can send an image that is not these exact dimension but make sure it's an image with high resolution. Any image taken with a modern phone will work. If the image is not large enough, it will be blurry.

  • Keep your subject in the center of the image with plenty of space around it.

  • Avoid using text or logos.

How can I change my background image?

  • Access the Core Dashboard

    • Log in to your Core Dashboard, where you can manage all aspects of your branded app, including the background image.

  • Navigate to the PushPress App Store

    • In the Core Dashboard, go to the PushPress App Store and select Configure under the Branded App section.

  • Edit Branding

    • Click on Edit Branding and upload your new background image.

  • Save Changes

    • After uploading the image, click Save to apply the changes.

  • App Refresh for Members

    • Members may need to completely close and reopen their branded app to see the updated background image.

How can I change my logo?

  • To update your icon we will need to rebuild your app. No problem, email us your new app icon or logo to brandedapps@pushpress.com and we can manage the rest.
