When you have new agreements on your Apple Developer Account, these prevent us from building and submitting your Branded App updates.

There are up to three agreements on your account that need to be reviewed.

Login to your Apple Developer Account with your Account Holder credentials.

You should see a banner at the top of the screen—click Review Agreement to view the updated terms

Go to Agreements, Tax, and Banking.

On the Agreements tab, find the Free Apps row, then click View and Agree to Terms.

Read and accept the terms, then click Agree. You can also download a copy of the agreement.

On the Agreements tab, find the Paid Apps row, then click View and Agree to Terms.

Verify your legal entity information is correct in the dialog, then click Add. Enter the same information that you provided when you enrolled in the Apple Developer Program.

Do I need to accept the Paid Apps Agreement? Why?

Yes, you will also need to accept the Paid Apps agreement even if you do not offer any type of payment in your app.

You don't need to set up your tax and bank information though, simply accepting the terms is enough.
