How to update your payment information in Train if you have purchased affiliate programming.

In this help article you will learn how to update your payment information for Affiliate Programming offered directly through the Train by PushPress system. Start by logging in to using your credentials from the core system. You will need to use as opposed to your core system for this!

Updating Payment Method

Select dropdown trigger showing your gym name.

Click on dropdown trigger

Select the Affiliate Program you have purchased.

Click on CAP CrossFit Programming…

Select Billing in left hand menu.

Click on payment_outlined…

Select Invoices.

Click on Invoices

Click on Update Payment Method.

Click on addUpdate Payment Method

Enter your Card Information.

Click on Credit or debit card number

Click on Add Card

Click on ADD CARD

Retry Payment

You will be able to click the Retry button that will appear under the Action column. Upon the updated payment information running successfully you will get a Green notification at the top right hand corner of your screen.

Notes: You will need to re-assign the class license in order for the workouts to show in the workout builder again!

You are done!
