You can find where a specific message was sent from by clicking the 3 dots on the message itself.
1. From your Grow Dashboard, go to conversations
2. From the conversations tab, hover over the specific message you wish to learn more from.
3. After you hover over the message, 3 dots will appear in the upper right corner
4. Click on the "Details" button
5. A box will pop up with some minor details about the message
6. Click on the blue "(Workflow )" symbol and it will take you to the specific workflow where the message originated from
