When sending SMS messages in your Grow CRM there will be some occasions in which you receive an error message with an "Unsuccessful" message under it. There are many reasons why an SMS message would fail, but we need to learn which code Twilio is sending in order to learn why the message failed.
When you receive an "Unsuccessful" message, you can hover over the red triangle symbol to receive a code from Twilio on why the message failed (see below):
Once you have the Twilio code, now you can look at the following chart to determine what the code was, and why it failed. Here's a list of some of the most common Twilio error codes we see:

30003 | Unreachable destination handset - Usually a landline or a phone that does not support SMS |
30006 | Landline or unreachable carrier |
30007 | Error 30007 "Message Delivery - Message Filtered" when Sending SMS. If a message you sent is not delivered to the end device and returns a 30007 error code, this means that your message was filtered (blocked) by Twilio or by the carrier. |
30017 | Carrier network congestion |
30034 | US A2P 10DLC - Message from an Unregistered NumberMessages sent to US numbers will not be delivered if they are sent from numbers that are not associated with an approved A2P 10DLC Campaign. Contact support to determine if your account has been registered of if we are missing needed information to register your account for A2P 10DLC. **Please note, that Twilio is the SMS provider for Grow, and although we may have submitted your information, Twilio is currently backed up on approvals. |
