When sending SMS messages in your Grow CRM there will be some occasions in which you receive an error message with an "Unsuccessful" message under it. There are many reasons why an SMS message would fail, but we need to learn which code Twilio is sending in order to learn why the message failed.
When you receive an "Unsuccessful" message, you can hover over the red triangle symbol to receive a code from Twilio on why the message failed (see below):
Once you have the Twilio code, now you can look at the following chart to determine what the code was, and why it failed. Here's a list of some of the most common Twilio error codes we see:
Note: this is not an exhaustive list and we will be adding codes as we get more questions
TWILIO ERROR CODE:
Unreachable destination handset - Usually a landline or a phone that does not support SMS
Landline or unreachable carrier
Error 30007 "Message Delivery - Message Filtered" when Sending SMS. If a message you sent is not delivered to the end device and returns a 30007 error code, this means that your message was filtered (blocked) by Twilio or by the carrier.
Carrier network congestion
