When you run into an error inside of the conversations tab, you will see a red "Unsuccessful" message and a red triangle. If you hover over the red triangle, you will be able to see what the error message is telling you happened.

Sometimes the error message is easy to decipher, and other times you may need a better explanation on what happened. If you still cannot figure out why the error occurred, send us a message and we can try and get to the bottom of it!
