Appointments Page > Book Appointment.

Start by going to your appointments page and choosing Book Appointment

Set the appointment type, staff, and member you are booking appointment for.

Free session or a cost

When choosing Yes there is a cost for the session, you can then choose to select an existing package or enter a single session fee.

Now, set your appointment date and time.

You've successfully sold a package and booked an appointment now. Let's take a look at the steps to book a follow up appointment using that package.

Choose yes, there is a cost. You will now see that member has available existing credits to use. Click next to book the appointment.

Purchase Credits without Booking Initial Visit

Member can book later from member app or Staff Member can schedule from inside the Control Panel. (Be sure to watch video above to see this in action).

Head to Member Profile

Search Name and hit enter and head to profile page.

Scroll down and find Appointments Credits on the right side of Member Profile.

Buy Credits will allow you to choose appointment Type - then package or custom.

Choose Type, Package or customer, package from pre made choices, discount and payment method.

Total charge will be in the bottom right.

Credits are added to profile.

From here you can see the info, book appointments, remove the credit or change the expiration date of this credit.
