How to use facebook leads forms with your Grow CRM

Want to hookup a Facebook lead form and integrate leads with your CRM? There's a few steps you can do. First, create your lead form in your Facebook.

2. From the settings tab, click integrations

3. Make sure your faecbook account, that is linked to your business account is linked properly

4. At the top, go to Facebook Form Fields Mapping

5. Locate the form you created in Facebook

6. Click on the edit button

7. Make sure the fields that you collect from your facebook form are mapped properly in the CRM

8. Click on Update

9. Now, click on Go Back

11. Locate the workflow you want new leads from Facebook to go to

12. Open the workflow to edit it

14. The trigger type should be Facebook

15. Select Facebook from the drop down menu

Now, we need to setup your Facebook Business Account to ensure it pushes your leads from the form into your CRM correctly when someone fills out a Facebook Lead Form.

If you're still not seeing your 'Leadconnector' CRM in the Facebook settings, make sure you have your business page set to a "Page" in Facebook (see below).

If you do not have your business account linked as a "Facebook Page" account, then you wont be able to link the CRM until this part is completed.

10. Test your connection using the lead tester tool

11. Make sure the business is selected

12. Select the correct form you want to test

13. Click on Create lead: If you have the FB portion setup properly inside of your Grow CRM you should receive a notification!
