Train has a very cool feature where it will give you a table of various percentages of your lifts. This is a quick guide on how to access that feature and save you (or your gym members) form breaking out the calculator during class!

  1. From the Train app on your phone, select the person icon in the bottom right corner.

  2. Then, select "VIEW ALL".

  3. Then, navigate to the Benchmark you would like to view, in this case I chose "Weightlifting" so I could check out the different numbers and percentage of my Back Squat. When you find what you what, tap on it.

  4. There you will be able to see the weights and percentages associated with your 1, 2, 3, or 5 rep max lifts.

    And there you have it! A simple 4 step process to finding different weights associated with a percentage of a 1, 2, 3 or 5 rep max so you don't have to break out the abacus in class!
