Filter your list of contacts

From your Contacts list, create a filter to select the contacts you'd like to add to the workflow.

If you haven't worked with filters yet, check out this article.

Bulk select (don't forget to select all if there are multiple pages of records) and click on the robot to choose the workflow.

Select the workflow and give the action a description.
