AI messaging is generated based on an example you provide but will change for everyone that receives a review request.
Accessing GymHappy Dashboard
Log in to the GymHappy Dashboard using your Grow-associated email to manage review settings, customize messaging, and update coach information.
Navigate to your GymHappy account and choose Reviews-Setup Log in using the email address associated with Grow and navigate to the review settings to start customization.
Updating Coach Information in GymHappy
To update coach names and information:
Log in to GymHappy with the account owner's credentials linked to Grow.
Navigate to the top-right dropdown menu and select Staff.
Edit and save the desired coach information.
Choose a name and description. These will not be outward facing
Choose a headline. Common Choices are "How was Class" "How was your session?"
Leave Instructions as is. It has been optimized to deliver best results possible
Decide what threshold is needed for a review to show up on your review wall and display publicly. Most choose 5 stars
Choose if you want the review to be focused on the business or on the trainer. We have seen much better results when the focus is placed on the trainer and this leads to better feedback To modify this, go to Messages > Reviews within the GymHappy Dashboard and select whether to focus review requests on the business or staff.
Source of Coach Names in Review Requests
Coach names used in GymHappy review requests are drawn from the class calendar and schedule in Core. Ensure these are correctly assigned to avoid discrepancies.
Setting your Request message gives the AI a baseline for the format of the requests that verbiage
Fixed Message Content will appear after the AI generated message and will not change. It will show up as you write it every time
Choose how long after someone checks in they should get their review request. Most choose between 70 and 80 minutes
Choose how often someone should receive a review request. (You do not want them getting a request too often. We have found that 30 days works well.)
Choose how long after they leave a review they will receive the next request. 60-90 days is best here. Note that the cadence is different if someone does not submit a review versus if they do submit.
Choose whether or not you want AI to generate an emoji. Note-Using emojis increases the likelihood that someone will submit the review but will also increase the cost of the message slightly
Choose the messaging the sender will receive when they submit positive feedback. The idea here is to encourage them to submit a Google review based on the GymHappy review
